Mr Dora Sırer is a social and project management expert with a + 20 years of experience and a BSc. Degree on applied human rights.  He has worked under the capacity of Team Leader and Project Coordinator in the international funded projects which gives him a vast institutional knowledge (bureaucracy) on the government agencies including İlbank, Municipalities,  Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior Affairs, Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Justice's GD of Forestry, State Hydraulic Institution and etc. . He has proven work experience projects managed by the international institutions including, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Organization for Migration (IOM), United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), IBRD, European Council, European Commission, FAO and etc.  His technical skills comprise of preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of environmental and social safeguard documents. He is also a Procurement Specialist with extensive professional and practical experience in WB, EIB, UN, EC  PRAG tendering procedures and FIDIC conditions of contracts. He has detailed technical knowledge in the areas of procurement processes, procurement planning, and procurement work flow including the sub-areas of, solicitation of bids, selection processes, and contract administration and contract completion

Dr. Feray Artar is a sociologist with more than 15 years of experience on social impact analysis. She has worked in many infrastructure project as a social expert and project coordinator. She has been working in many IFI funded projects such as basin management, power plant infrastructure, wastewater treatment plants, pipeline construction and so on for conducting social research, resettlement action plan and social impact analysis. She is also working as a visiting professor in several universities on research methods. She has solid background on WB, IFC, EBRD projects as well as she has working experience with GoT such as Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and Ministry of Health.

Yuce has been involved in many national and international funded projects as an expert sociologist for 5 years. She has accumulated knowledge on various environmental and social issues by applying the theoretical methods she has learned during his education in many different project experiences. She is interested in environmental awareness and sustainable nature-based approaches and adds value to the projects she experiences from a gender sensitive perspective.

In her work carried out at the desk and in the field; team building and sustainable effective task sharing as well as designing and conducting fieldwork simultaneously. By integrating social dimensions into technical works, it creates innovative strategies and creative projects by giving importance to the inclusiveness of multidisciplinary work.

She provided support in the execution of micro and macro projects with metropolitan municipalities, development agencies, private companies and international funders (such as FAO, UNDP, GEF, SGP) in particular, a few ministries in Turkey. It collects data by using qualitative and quantitative research methods and reports it using analysis programs (SPSS, MAXQDA) in project experiences that aim to raise awareness about rural development and awareness. Survey, Focus-Group Discussion (FGD), Informants Interview (KIIs) study methods were used. She is the author or co-author of many reports and scientific studies (such as articles, papers, book chapters) by taking part in the organization of national and international meetings, conferences and study visits.

Yuce, who completed his undergraduate degree in Sociology at Ankara University, completed his master's degree in sociology at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. She specialized in her sociology education, specifically "masculinity studies" in gender studies.

Münevver Aslan is an environmental engineer with a strong background in environmental science. She graduated from Middle East Technical University, where she developed a passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the complexities of the environment. She began her professional journey as a Deputy Carbon Manager in an international company, specializing in the carbon offset process of renewable energy projects. Her expertise extends to international certification programs where she demonstrated her proficiency in selecting appropriate methodologies for each project. Throughout her career, Münevver has acquired in-depth knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. Her experience also encompasses working on international projects, particularly in the realm of renewable energy initiatives in other countries. Münevver has been actively involved in evaluating the Environmental and Social Safeguards of projects, demonstrating her commitment to sustainable and socially responsible practices. In addition to her expertise in renewable energy, Münevver is well-versed in air quality and water quality management. She has received comprehensive education and training in these areas, enabling her to assess and address environmental challenges related to air and water pollution. With a relentless dedication to promoting sustainable development and environmental conservation, Münevver Aslan continues to make significant contributions to the field of environmental engineering. Her diverse experiences and strong technical skills have equipped her with the ability to tackle complex environmental issues and develop innovative solutions for a greener future

Yıldız has more than 5 years of professional experience and actively participated in more than 20 international and nationally funded projects.

She has a bachelor's degree in sociology from Hacettepe University and a master's degree in sociology from Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.

Yıldız currently continues to work as a project specialist. As a project specialist, her main subjects are “analysis of the current situation, rural development, women's empowerment, environmental and social impact assessment, monitoring-evaluation, value chain analysis, social responsibility”. She works in the tasks of following the project calls suitable for the current situation, writing the project according to the incoming calls or communicating with the grant providers suitable for the project, executing the project and making the reporting. She takes place in different positions such as "project manager, sociologist, social researcher" in field studies of projects. Therefore, project management, division of labour and teamwork skills are developed. She cooperates with international organizations such as FAO (United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization), GEF-SGP-UNDP, IFAD in some projects where she works as a field researcher and sociologist. After collecting data with fieldwork, data analysis is performed using programs such as SPSS, MAXQDA20, NVIVO.

She specializes in gender equality. She has completed her undergraduate and graduate theses in the field of gender, and has published articles and reviews. She took part in the addition and monitoring of components that will benefit disadvantaged groups in training activities and projects in the field of gender.

Batuhan Otlu graduated from Çankaya University in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration. He started his career with an internship in the human resources department and then continued to work as a project assistant and procurement assistant in a number of nationally and internationally funded projects at PROJETAS.
In particular, she played an important role in projects aimed at increasing the employability of Turkish citizens and migrants in rural areas. Responsible for the evaluation of project tender documents, he has deep expertise in process evaluation, data analysis and reporting.
Batuhan is recognised for his ability to coordinate the different components of the project and his ability to provide suggestions for improvement. He is also focused on improving the effectiveness of projects by effectively analysing data obtained through field studies and focus groups.
He is known for his commitment to social responsibility projects and his spirit of co-operation. With his expertise and leadership skills in the field of process evaluation, he has contributed to many projects and made a significant contribution to the successful implementation of these projects.
